Open Gym

Open gym sessions provide a fantastic opportunity for players to improve their skills while enjoying the camaraderie and competitive spirit of pick-up basketball. Whether you're working on your shooting, dribbling, defense, or teamwork, open gym sessions offer a dynamic and inclusive environment where players of all levels can come together to play the game they love. It's a great way to stay active, sharpen your skills, and have fun on the court.

Here's the schedule for open basketball runs and gym time:

  • Mondays and Wednesdays

    • Open Run: 6am - 8am (17+)

  • Tuesdays

    • Open Run: 4pm - 5:30pm (Elementary Grades 3-5)

Please note that these times are subject to change based on any future program updates or offerings.

  • Fridays and Saturdays

    • Open Run: 10pm - 12am (17+)

  • Sundays

    • Open Run:

      • 4pm - 6pm (Middle School)

      • 6pm - 8pm (High School)

      • 8pm - 10pm (17+)

  • Saturdays

    • Open Gym for Training or Half Court Runs: 7pm - 10pm

Cost: $15 a month or $5 drop in fee

  • Gym Can also be rented for Private open run Sessions
