B2U Basketball Training has a strict no refund policy. Once a training session is booked and paid for, the fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. We understand that unexpected events can occur, and to accommodate our customers, we offer a credit system.

In place of refunds, we offer a credit system that allows you to reschedule your training session. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you can receive a credit that can be applied to future training sessions. To qualify for a credit, you must follow these guidelines:

a. Advance Notice: To be eligible for a credit, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice before the start time of the training session you wish to reschedule.

b. Limited to One Rescheduling: You can use your credit to reschedule the same type of training option you initially registered for. For example, if you originally registered for a Head Trainer Option, your credit can be applied to another Head Trainer Option.

c. Expiration: Credits have a 2-week expiration date from the original session date. Please ensure to use your credit within this timeframe.

We value punctuality and respect the time of both our trainers and other participants. A "no call, no show" occurs when a registered client fails to attend a training session without any prior notice. In such cases:

a. Loss of Payment: The client will forfeit their payment for the missed session.

b. No Credit: No credit will be issued for no call, no show incidents.

We understand that situations may arise that cause delays. However, punctuality is crucial to ensure a productive training session for all participants. To maintain a smooth training experience:

a. Arrival Time: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their training session. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

b. Late Arrival: If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the scheduled end time. Trainers cannot extend the session to accommodate late arrivals.

c. Loss of Session Time: Late arrivals will result in a reduction of the total training time for that session. No additional time will be provided.

In rare cases, the trainer may encounter delays. In such situations, the following applies:

a. Client Compensation: If the trainer is responsible for a delay, clients will receive additional training time to make up for the lost time.

b. Advance Notice: The trainer will notify clients of any anticipated delays as soon as possible.

In the event of inclement weather or facility closures that affect our ability to conduct training sessions, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions or offer credits for future sessions.
